험멜: Major Anderson, if you have any concern for the lives of your men, you will order them to safety their weapons and place them on the deck. 

- 앤더슨 소령, 부하들을 살리고 싶다면 저들로 하여금 무기를 버리라고 하게.

팩스턴: This is not happening... 

- 이러는게 아닌데..

앤더슨: Sir, we know why you're out here. God knows, I agree with you. But like you, I swore to defend this country against all enemies, foreign, sir... and domestic. General, we've spilled the same blood in the same mud. And you know god damn well I can't give that order.

- 장군님! 장군님이 왜 여기 계신 줄 잘 알고 있습니다. 장군님을 이해합니다. 하지만 장군님 처럼 저는 조국에 맹세를 했습니다. 모든 적들에 맞서 이 나라를 지키기로 말입니다. 험멜 장군님, 우리는 전쟁터에서 같이 피를 흘렸습니다. 제가 장군님 명령을 따를 수 없다는 사실을 잘 아실 겁니다!

 

Navy SEAL: We're dead! 

- 우리 모두 죽었다.

험멜: Your unit is covered from an elevated position, Commander. I'm not gonna ask you again. Don't do anything stupid. No-one has to die here. 

- 네 부하들은 위로 부터 포위 당하고 있다! 앤더슨, 더이상 묻지 않겠다. 어리석은 짓 하지마라. 아무도 여기서 죽을 이유가 없다.

앤더슨: You men following the General: you're under oath as United States Marines, have you forgotten that? We all have shipmates we remember, some of them were shit on and pissed on by the Pentagon. But that doesn't give you the right to mutiny! 

- 장군님을 따르는 여러분들 보시오! 당신들은 미 해군 선서를 했소. 벌써 그 사실을 잊었단 말이오? 우리 모두 동료를 잃었소. 그들 중 일부는 펜타곤(국방부)으로부터 부당한 대우를 받기도 했소. 하지만 그것이 여러분의 반란을 정당화 시키진 못하오!

험멜: You call it what you want! You're down there, we're up here! You walked into the wrong goddamn room, Commander! 

- 마음대로 생각해도 좋아! 중요한 건 자네들은 아래에 있고, 우린 위에 있다는 사실이야! 자네들은 지금 잘못 길을 들었단 말이야!
