If the bill on visa quotas for Korean professionals is passed in this Congress, both our economies will benefit, for it would help create many more jobs.
It would show our people what the FTA can do for them.
It would be a zone of peace bringing together not just Koreans separated by a military line, but also the citizens of the world.
